This little phrase above has somehow gotten my motto for my birth prep classes. 

Because as a midwife and after becoming a mother myself I know how defining a birth can be. 

I believe in the woman’s ability to give birth and that there is no - one shoe fits all- to get to the point.

My biggest goal is to get you thinking and towards a feeling of- what do I need ?  And what do I/ we want?

My Birth Prep Class is a Weekend class designed for first time parents. 

My Birth Prep Weekend contains following: 

• Preparing for birth 
• How can your birth start 
• Why is breathing so important
• What happens in hospitals, birthing houses and home births
• what’s active birth
• The first 2 hours after birth 
• Wochenbett - postpartum with your newborn baby 
• Breast feeding
