Hi,
I'm glad you're interested in this antenatal class!
In my course I aim to provide you with the most up-to-date and evidence-based information to help you find the right path for you. There is no one right way to become a parent, but there are 100 ways to get there, you just have to find the one that feels right and good for you.
Ideally, the course should be completed by 36 weeks of pregnancy (SSW), but we do not normally recommend that you attend a course before 25 weeks of pregnancy.

• How can your birth start
• The different stages of labour and how you can both support the process
• Water birth
• Dealing with unplanned situations
• Natural and medical ways to relieve pain
• Postpartum period
• Breastfeeding
